The manager was running reports and tying up the cash register resulting in customers could not check out during lunch rush. Manager started ringing me up and then walked away in the middle of the transaction to take a phone call. This left the employee having to take additional time to figure out what still needed to be charged for. Everything was unstocked for sandwich making as well.November 24, 2016
